About Our Studio

Empowering Punch is a full service Personal Training, Fitness and Boxing Studio. We offer  One-on-one training, Buddy Training (2 people) and Group Training (3-4 people) in our private personal training studio.  We have over 30 group fitness classes and a Registered Dietitian on staff to supplement your training results. We also have youth programs for kids 8-12 years of age.

Buddy and Group Training programs will keep you & your group motivated and on the right path to results for all involved.

Our Buddy and Group Training programs begin with a Free consultation and fitness assessment for everyone, followed by a dynamic training workout that will be fun and challenging at the same time. In addition to your fitness program, every group member will receive a customized meal plan from our Registered Dietitian.

Get Your Child Fit and Healthy

Youth Boxing is a comprehensive program that teaches proper boxing technique and skills. Kids start by learning basic stances, punches and linear movements in both offensive and defensive positions. They build upon those basics by progressing into additional punches, multi-directional movements and striking combinations. In addition to learning the technical skills, the program teaches self-defense, discipline, coordination and control.

Our Fitness Programs

Empowering Punch offers over 30 group fitness classes providing you with a full body, well-balanced workout program. All of our classes are taught by certified personal trainers so you are always under the watchful eye of an expert. Classes range from a traditional Bootcamp and Body Sculpt to our infamous Fitness Boxing and unique TRX/Bosu and Kettlebell Cardio.
