Fitness Boxing is an authentic boxing workout that combines proper boxing techniques with an interval based cardiovascular workout. Learn the basics from a professional boxer while burning up to 1000 calories per class!
Boxing Fundamentals is the “learn how to box” class. Classes are taught according to your boxing experience whether it is starting from scratch and breaking down the basics or enhancing your technique to get you ready for the Golden Gloves.
Bosu Step is a traditional aerobic step class performed on a Bosu ball rather than a standard bench. This workout combines high intensity cardiovascular routines with balance and stability for a fast paced full body challenge.
Kickboxing incorporates combinations and sequences of proper boxing on the heavy bags with martial art style kicks. The class is heavily focused on cardiovascular endurance while teaching safe and effective form to enhance self defense techniques.
BodySculpt is pure weight training to tone and shape your body. Utilizing dumbbells and resistance bands, you will work every muscle group for a full body strength and conditioning workout.
