Empowering Punch Cancellation Policies
Personal Training
Personal Training – Packages
If training package is cancelled prior to completion, client will be charged the single session rate for all sessions used. If package was paid in full, the remaining balance after the charged sessions will be refunded via original method of payment. For payment plans, client’s credit/debit card will be charged for all used sessions at the single session rate and the remainder of the package balance will be cancelled. Sessions are non-transferable.
Personal Training – Appointments
Clients must inform Empowering Punch by 6:00 p.m. the eve before the scheduled training appointment to cancel without being charged for a forfeited session. Failure to do so will result in automatic payment and forfeiture of that training session.
Fitness Classes
Fitness Classes – Packages
Fitness Class Packages with a fixed number of class sessions are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Fixed number packages are transferable one time only if the package was paid in full. Unlimited packages are non-transferable, but are cancellable and refundable at any time. If unlimited class package is cancelled prior to term completion, client will be charged the drop in rate for each class taken. If package was paid in full, the remaining balance after the charged classes will be refunded via original method of payment. For payment plans, client’s credit/debit card will be charged the single “unlimited” monthly rate for all months used. The remainder of the package balance will be cancelled.
Fitness Classes – Appointments
Clients must inform Empowering Punch 2 hours in advance of a scheduled fitness class to cancel without being charged for a forfeited class. Failure to inform EP of any cancellations within 2 hours of the scheduled class will result in automatic payment and forfeiture of that class session. If client has an unlimited class package and fails to cancel within 2 hours prior to the scheduled class, he/she will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee per occurrence.
