Youth Fitness

Your kids will be knocked out by how much fun they have getting fit at Empowering Punch! Not only is it a great way to burn off some energy, boys and girls will build self-confidence by learning new skills and becoming more physically fit.

 

Youth Fitness teaches boys and girls ages 6-12 every aspect of fitness including strength, cardiovascular, flexibility and core training. Basic boxing instruction will be incorporated into every class to ensure kids can fully experience Empowering Punch!  No experience is ever necessary and the classes are suitable for any fitness level.

The exercises, movements and drills taught in our programs are designed to challenge the whole body – both mentally and physically. The coordination, balance and agility learned in these programs will translate to just about any sport your child may play.
