Turn up your game! Boxing Bootcamp is Fitness Boxing on steroids! Class begins in bootcamp mode shifting you from station to station incorporating heavy bag work and a variety of high intensity drills and calisthenics. After completing multiple ‘make you sweat’ stations, you’ll transition into a standard fitness boxing routine alternating rounds of floor work, bag work and ultimately jumping in the ring with the instructor for some quick punching combinations. These exhilarating routines change every class to keep you on your toes and wanting more.
