This is a continuation of the Saturday 10:30am Fitness Boxing class for anyone who wants to stay for an additional 30 minutes. Those opting to stay take a quick break while the 10:30 class attendees stretch out. As soon as the stretch is complete, class immediately resumes for the next 30 minutes. Only participants who took 10:30 boxing are permitted to stay for the bonus round. Punchers cannot come to 11:30 Bonus Round alone, as there is no warm up or instructional period.
