Fitness Boxing - 60 min class

Our most popular class, Fitness Boxing is an authentic boxing workout that combines proper boxing techniques with an interval based cardiovascular workout. You learn basic punches and defensive movements in stages of shadow boxing, hitting heavy bags and ultimately working with focus mitts inside the ring. In between rounds you’ll enjoy the instructor’s choice of callisthenic blasts to keep your heart pumping in preparation for the next breath-taking combination. Learn from the best while burning up to 1000 calories per class!

Please arrive 15 minutes early for class. All instruction of punches and movements is taught during the warm up and is necessary to participate in class. Once class begins, no late entries will be admitted.
