Private Boxing Training is available in one-hour sessions that include the following:

BEGINNER BOXING TRAINING
Small Group Boxing Training is a hybrid of private lessons and group classes. These are semi-private, one-hour sessions designed to teach the same level of boxing skill and technique you would learn in private lesson, at a lower cost. Small Group Boxing runs in 6-week packages and sessions are held 2x/week.
