Fitness Our most popular class, Fitness Boxing is an authentic boxing workout that combines proper boxing techniques with an interval based cardiovascular workout. You learn basic punches and defensive movements in stages of shadow boxing, hitting heavy bags and ultimately working with focus mitts inside the ring. In between rounds you’ll enjoy the instructor’s choice of calisthenic blasts to keep your heart pumping in preparation for the next breath-taking combination. Learn from the best while burning up to 1000 calories per class!
Please arrive 15 minutes early for class. All instruction of punches and movements is taught during the warm up and is necessary to participate in class. Once class begins, no late entries will be admitted.
Get ready to punch up your kickboxing routine! Keeping all the fun of Fitness Boxing, this class takes it to the next level by adding some serious kick! You will work various boxing combinations and sequences on the floor and the heavy bags and combine them with martial art style kicks. With instructors teaching from various martial arts disciplines such as Muay Thai, Karate and Shotokan, you’ll endure a fast-paced, full-body workout alternating from punching to kicking for a knock-out combination.
Get your backpack ready! In true rucking style, your legs will be screaming from this high-intensity cardio workout. Continuous stepping and lower body challenges with a weighted backpack or dumbbells tightens and tones every muscle in your lower body.
The triple threat! Start off boxing to get your heart pumping, drop to a lower body workout sculpting the legs and glutes and finish off with an abs and core concentration.

Boxing Bootcamp is a full body workout, and then some! Bootcamp meets Fitness Boxing creates a calorie burning explosion! Switching from station to station, you will move from heavy bag work to high intensity calisthenics to speed and agility drills and then do it again!
Basic Training is a perfectly blended hybrid of high intensity cardio combined with resistance training. A full hour of cardio bursts layered in with body sculpting weight training sequences will deliver a complete calorie and fat burning blast.
Circuit Training is a series of workout stations including resistance training, TRX, Bosu balls, abs/core, cardio and more. (no boxing) The workout will vary from class to class providing ultimate muscle confusion and providing a complete, full body workout.
Take advantage of the same full-body, resistance training workout in half the time! Body Blast is an expedited version of Body Sculpt focusing on compound, large muscle exercises to capitalize on caloric expenditure while delivering the volume of moves for an amazing tight and tone burn.

One stop shop! This full body workout is split into 3 segments hitting cardio, strength and core. The class is kicked off with a heart pumping cardio blast. Phase two moves into a full body lift followed by a comprehensive ab circuit to finish.
Bosu Step is a traditional aerobic step class performed on a Bosu ball rather than a standard bench. This workout combines high intensity cardiovascular routines with balance and stability for a fast-paced full body challenge.
Pee Wee Punchers introduces boys and girls ages 3-6 to the world of fitness through a myriad of age-appropriate games and basic non-contact boxing skills and drills.
Learn how to box! Your kids will be knocked out by how much fun they have getting fit at Empowering Punch! Not only is it a great way to burn off some energy, boys and girls will build self-confidence by learning new skills and becoming more physically fit. Ages 7-12.
Designated classes exclusively for sparring practice. Must have taken a minimum of 15 fitness boxing classes or previous sparring experience to partake in this class. Additional fee.

Kettlebell is a full body toning and sculpting class utilizing kettlebells rather than traditional dumbbells for resistance training. The class provides an all-around body pump as it alternates bursts of cardio with isolated weight training exercises.
TRX Suspension training is a full body workout utilizing your own body weight with wall mounted suspension straps. TRX is a form of resistance training that engages every core muscle to keep your body stable which means you burn extra calories by default!
